Landlords Handbook

It is our opinion that Consumer Affairs Victoria makes available a lot of information for tenants but does not provide anything specifically for Landlords. So we have provided the attached document for Landlords so they better understand the different aspects of managing a rental property. The information contained in the handbook will change over time as legislation changes. We will endeavour to keep the information up to date. The changes appear to consistently favour the tenant because there is the Tenants Union that gets in the Governments ear, but there is no equivalent organisation for Landlords.
